MediaHitt Prelaunch Review

A couple weeks ago, I tried out the MediaHITT eBook and audiobook service and loved it. I’m a middle-aged guy with a family, and usually the only free time I get away from home I spend with my friends catching the latest game. I was an avid reader in my early 20s, but life seemed to get in the way of that. So, when I saw that I had a free trial period of the pre-launch of MediaHITT, I figured I had nothing to lose.

I have to say that the best thing about the service is that I can read it anywhere. So, when there is some boring talk going on during half-time, I can easily pull out my smartphone and get in 15-20 minutes of reading. When the kids are finally in bed for the night, I can read on my tablet in bed. At work, I just pull out my laptop and everything is synced right to where I left off. No searching for the right page or anything, I just open up the book and start reading.

I have never used an eBook subscription service before, but I would say that MediaHITT has to rival some of the best. Their website is easy to use (great for sports guys like me) and their selection is great too. My reading preferences range from classics to thrillers to informational books about sports, and their library has them all. They also have been quite successful at suggesting books that I actually might read, which is a huge plus.

The final thing I can honestly say I loved about MediaHITT is that their customer service team is on top of their game! I sent out an email asking for some help locating a particular book (I didn’t have the name, just a really general idea of the plot). I was surprised when they responded within an hour- and also with the information I needed! They also threw in a few tips so that I could find books myself by looking up keywords, instead of having to wait for them to reply. I couldn’t be happier with the way they handled the situation.

Overall, I would say that I definitely love the MediaHITT service. I plan to continue my subscription in the future, especially because they have allowed me to fit reading into my life when I never thought that I could before.
